In a 64-ounce mason jar, combine the Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Averna Amaro, Pimento Dram, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice.
In another 64-ounce mason jar, add the 2 cups of warmed Straus Old-Fashioned Organic Eggnog.
Pour the alcoholic mixture from the first jar into the second jar containing the eggnog. As you do this, you'll notice the ingredients visibly curdle.
To achieve a clarified consistency, pass the final mixture through a large strainer lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Continue straining multiple times until the mixture begins to pour transparent.
Serve the drink over ice and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy!
