Yogurt Curry Sauce

This simple, savory, just a little bit spicy sauce is delicious with just about every meal. Pour it over vegetables, chicken, couscous, pasta, or anything else you can think of.
Time required: 10 min.
- 1 tbsp. Straus Organic Butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- one-half cup broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 cup Straus Organic Plain Yogurt (nonfat or whole)
- one-half tbsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in pan, add flour and stir in broth. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Then slowly add the yogurt. Season and serve hot.
