Whipped Cream Horseradish Sauce

Simple to make and irresistibly savory, this slightly tangy sauce goes perfectly with roast meats and game birds. It doesn't take much time to whip it up before a meal, so it can be a staple sauce to spice up your meats.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Straus Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Directions:
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in remaining ingredients.
