Lemon Herb Butter

This fresh-tasting butter is the perfect accompaniment with grilled or broiled chicken, fish, or vegetables. We especially enjoy it melted with crab, shrimp, or lobster.
Time required: 10 min.
- 1/2 cup Straus Lightly Salted or Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground tarragon
- 2 tbsp. Straus Whipping Cream
Using an electric mixer, cream butter and lemon juice until fluffy. Add herbs and beat well. Mix in whipping cream.
Transfer to a glass bowl and chill.
Place a tablespoon on each hot portion and serve. Use more for serving family style.
