Organic Sour Cream
Our Organic Sour Cream is made in small batches and is slowly cultured, using a traditional 16-hour vat-set process. No stabilizers, fillers or thickeners are used. We use Straus Family Creamery Organic Milk and Cream, as well as carefully selected enzymes and cultures, to give our certified Organic Sour Cream the perfect flavor and tanginess.
How about our packaging?
Our milk is available in reusable glass bottles. You can really help us out by rinsing them well before returning them - we will require less water for sanitation and can reuse them more often. Read more tips »
