Organic Tart Mix gets its flavor profile simply from the tanginess of real Straus Family Creamery Organic Yogurt, unlike other frozen-yogurt products that have artificial sour tastes derived from the use of citric acid and other chemical flavoring agents.
All of our Organic Frozen-Yogurt Mixes can be used in any soft-serve machine -- simply pour it into the machine and serve. Straus Family Creamery Organic Frozen-Yogurt Mix is made with our vat-set Organic Yogurt and includes all the healthy benefits that come with it -- protein, calcium and four live, active yogurt cultures. No additives or artificial flavorings are ever used in any of our products.
