We make Organic Butter like no other. Once you’ve tried this one, you’ll never go back.
Rich, sweet and creamy, with 85% butterfat content and extremely low moisture levels, our European-Style, Organic, Lightly Salted Butter contains only half the salt of other butters. With lower moisture, baking results in flakier pastry that rises higher and browns more evenly. This is the “chefs” butter, because it doesn't burn as easily as other butters. We make it European-style, in small batches in our old-fashioned 1950s butter churn.

How about our packaging?
Our milk is available in reusable glass bottles. You can really help us out by rinsing them well before returning them - we will require less water for sanitation and can reuse them more often. Read more tips »
