Organic Reduced Fat Milk, Cream-Top
The only cream-top, organic, reduced fat milk on the market.
Look for the reusable glass bottle with the pink cap in your local grocery store. The cream floats to the top, just like in our Organic Whole Milk.
Our organic, reduced-fat milk is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), we preserve the true flavor of milk that results from our cows’ diet.
The pasture grasses our cows graze on tend to be sweeter out here in Northern California’s Marin and Sonoma County Coasts. The first thing you’ll notice when you pop the top of our cream-top milk is its beautiful aroma. Milk is supposed to have an aroma and a fresh taste. Enjoy!

What’s the advantage of glass bottles?
Glass bottles have so many advantages - we don’t even know where to start. First of all, they’re reusable. On average our bottles have a return rate of 80% and get reused 6-8 times, so that’s definitely good for the environment. What to do with the cream-top on our milk?
Always give your bottle a good shake before each use. But if you feel like a treat you can just scoop the cream on top out, use it like butter on a piece of bread or mix it in your morning Joe. More ideas »
