Our Organic Half & Half is rich and delicious for your morning coffee, tea or cereal!
Organic Half & Half is made up of our Organic Milk and Organic Cream to achieve an 11% butterfat content.
Our organic Half & Half is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds and lightly homogenized to emulsify the milk and cream. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), we preserve the true flavor of milk that results from our cows’ diet.
The pasture grasses our cows graze on tend to be sweeter out here in Northern California’s Marin and Sonoma County Coasts.
All of Straus Family Creamery’s certified organic milk products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher and gluten free.

Our milk is available in reusable glass bottles. You can really help us out by rinsing them well before returning them - we will require less water for sanitation and can reuse them more often. Read more tips »
