This is a revolutionary new product, not only for consumers, but also for us. Building on the foundations of our artisan ice creams, which are made with traditional recipes from highest-quality, organic ingredients, NuScoop was conceived to add enhanced health benefits in an ice-cream cup.
NuScoop provides 6g of protein, 2g of fiber and 25 vitamins and minerals in each serving. This low-glycemic, low-cholesterol, frozen dairy dessert (it’s lower in butterfat than our organic ice cream) is made with our Organic Milk and Cream and all-organic food ingredients. The fresh, tangy flavor of organic strawberries complements the richness of our Organic Milk and Cream.
To achieve its complete nutritional value, we add healthful, organic oils, such as ghee and virgin coconut oil, which support increased metabolism. We also add a blend of low-glycemic sweeteners (which includes agave) for sustained energy; and a high-value protein (whey-protein concentrate) for strong bones and muscles.

The concept and patents for NuScoop originated with the pioneers of organic baby foods, Ron and Arnie Koss, founders of Earth’s Best Baby Food.
