In the last 12 months our management team completed monthly health & safety workshops as well as trainings to enhance team building, situational leadership, project management, supervision and communication styles. One of the most fun activities was probably our ropes course! Is there a better way to learn about group dynamics?
Another way we learn is from each other during an employee facilitated "Lunch and Learn" program where employees present on a subject that will benefit our other employees. All staff is invited to these workshops and we learn about wellness, accounting balance sheets, sustainability, waste and recycling, the life cycle of our bottles and more.
