We only make organic dairy products. In fact, we are the only California milk producer that runs both an organic dairy and an organic creamery.
All of our products are made from milk that has been pasteurized at 170 degrees for 19 seconds, about the same temperature as a nice toasty cup of hot chocolate. This slow process keeps the natural flavors of the milk intact.You’ll taste the difference after just one sip!
Our cows are fed 100% organically grown feed and are never treated with growth hormones or antibiotics. If necessary our cows are treated with homeopathic remedies or aspirin. We use no herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers on our fields. All of our products arecertified kosher. All our products are also gluten free.
Many of our organic products are used by some of California's top restaurants, including Michelin star rated restaurants Chez Panisse and The French Laundry, and are the preferred choice of discerning chefs.
